Back on August 19, 2022, multiple complaints were filed against Gary at Cherry-Hill Police Station. In the meantime, at the Monster -Mania Con, Judy’s ex-spouse was invited as a guest, and during the photo shoot, he was alleged to touch his female followers inappropriately. Shortly after, they complain a file against him with an allegation of sexual misconduct. In this regard, Cherry Hill police released the statement of one victim which said,
They reported they were in a photoshoot area during the Monster Mania event and were having their picture taken with the defendant. During the photoshoot, the defendant placed his face near one of the victim’s breasts and asked her where she got them, before attempting to unlatch her bra strap,”
Following the case, the 78 years old actor was arrested. Though he denied the allegations, he was charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact, one count of criminal sexual contact, and one count of harassment.
