The celebrity enjoys high fiber fruits such as berries which she usually takes for snacks. Matter of facts she begins her day by taking fruits such as apple or banana. Or in the absence, she takes a protein bar or a shake. Lunch is as well followed by high protein meals such as grilled chicken alongside arugula salad.

The singer does 12 reps of biceps curls triceps extensions and shoulder presses. According to Sparks, she is more onto doing strength training that helps her body converts fat into muscle. To add, she even often updated her fans with her weight loss regimens.
In addition, Sparks started by walking an hour with her little cousin. The recipient of BET Award who loves dancing does Sensazao, a kind of Zumba twice or thrice a week that helps her burn 900 calories an hour. Besides. she also hikes with her dogs and does other physical activity such as swimming, boxing, and circuit training.
